Billing
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; it goes directly to Stripe.
- Charges appear on your statement as DENYFIRST. If you see a charge you don't recognise, email us before disputing it. We would rather refund you directly than have you spend a month in a chargeback process.
- All prices are in US dollars. Pro is $2,388/year or $299/month; Agency is $5,988/year or $649/month. Enterprise is priced by agreement.
- There is no minimum term on any self-serve plan. A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and ends at the close of the period you have already paid for.
- Annual plans are charged once, up front, for twelve months.
How subscription activation works
Your first eligible scan is free. If that scan reports a real exposure and you then choose a plan, we charge the exact amount shown at card authorization and a normal recurring subscription begins. If the free scan is clean, no subscription begins and your card is not charged.
- Activation is always explicit: a finding does not charge you until you choose a plan and authorize the displayed amount.
- Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans are charged in full for twelve months and renew yearly.
- After activation, renewal is recurring regardless of later scan outcomes until you cancel.
- You can cancel renewal in the dashboard at any time; access continues through the period already paid for.
The free scan determines whether a subscription can activate; it does not make every future renewal outcome-based. Checkout always states the full amount due today and the renewal interval.
